Recently retired Head Coach Wayne Alldredge of Austin NYOS helps me launch SixAsOne by taking the time to discuss various aspects of sixman football. We discuss his making the fatal mistake of wanting to help his son’s high school team which ultimately resulted in his being head coach. How he helped the charter school move from being and independent to being integral in the formation of TAIAO (Texas Association of Independent Athletic Organizations). He discusses one of the worst officiating calls and helps us to better understand where he sees the future of TAIAO and its role beyond football.
